We provide digital downloadable products, which are delivered instantly after purchase.
Please read our refund policy carefully.


📌 1. No Refund on Digital Products (Standard Policy)

Since all our products are digital files (videos, courses, bundles, reels, graphics, templates, etc.) that can be downloaded instantly, we do not offer refunds in the following cases:

  • You purchased by mistake

  • You changed your mind

  • You don’t want the product anymore

  • You expected a different product

  • You used the product already

  • You have downloaded the files successfully

Digital products cannot be returned once delivered, so refunds are generally not possible.


📌 2. Refund is Only Provided If:

File Not Delivered

If you didn’t receive your download link via website/email after payment.

File is Corrupted / Not Opening

If you cannot open the file and we fail to provide a working replacement.

Wrong Product Delivered

If by mistake you received something different than what you purchased.

In these cases, we will:

👉 Provide a full refund

📌 3. Replacement Guarantee

If any file is missing, broken, low quality, or incomplete—
we provide free replacement within 24 hours.


📌 4. Refund Request Time

You must request a refund within 24–48 hours after purchase.

Late requests may not be accepted.
